Welcome to the University of Emerging Technologies (UET) referral program (the “Program”). The Program rewards eligible UET students, alumni, and staff (“Referrers”) for referring eligible individuals to UET programs (“Referees”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”).

Eligibility: Anyone can participate in the referral program offered by UET. Referees do not have to be new to UET; however, they must be new to the program for which they are being referred. Referees must use the referral code provided by the referrer at the time of registration. Referees will not receive an email with a referral link; they must use the coupon code of their referrer.

 

The Referee must:

• Pay the full fees for the program

• Use the referral code at the time of enrollment

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and UET policies

Referral Rewards

Upon completion of the Referee’s refund period, the Referrer will receive a reward of $100 or $50 as mentioned in the benefits section. The reward will be paid out in the form of cash reimbursement or credit towards a UET program, at the discretion of UET.

The referral reward is subject to the following conditions:

• The Referee must meet all eligibility requirements

• The Referee must have used the referral code at the time of enrollment

• The Referee must have paid the full fees for the program

• The Referee must have completed 15 days in the program

• The Referrer must meet all eligibility requirements

• The Referrer must have a valid email address on file with UET

• The Referrer must not use the referral program for any fraudulent or illegal purpose

UET reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice, and to cancel any referral reward due to fraud or violation of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

UET is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the referral program or any rewards issued. UET makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Program or the rewards issued.

UET shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising from or related to the Program or this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
