Dr. Kirk Perris is a Digital Learning Strategist and has worked in this space for 20 years. His areas of expertise are in strategic planning, quality assurance, instructional design, assessment, research and thought leadership as it relates to digital learning. Dr. Perris has worked in North America, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Caribbean, and Asia-Pacific, and has lived in Toronto, Hong Kong, New Delhi, Beijing and Vancouver. Dr. Perris has written widely on digital learning, having published a book (co-editor), two dozen refereed journal articles, newspaper articles, white papers, reports, and blogs focused on digital learning. Dr. Perris holds a PhD degree in Higher Education from the University of Toronto.
